PLAYER DEVELOPMENT

The LAB Sports Academy offers a wide variety of basketball skills development opportunities. One-on-one training, group sessions, camps and leagues are available. Join us for an atmosphere of fun, competition, and growth by way of sportsmanship, integrity and confidence-building.

1-on-1 Skills Development

A 40-minute session of individualized skill instruction focusing on basketball skills such as dribbling, shooting, passing, and conditioning. Sessions must be scheduled with a coach in advance.

Group Training

Small groups of 10 or less athletes receive 50 minutes of group instruction focusing on basketball skills such as dribbling, shooting, passing and conditioning. Expect fun, competitive interaction among group participants. Spaces fill quickly.

Elementary GT

3rd-5th grade
$25 per person per GT session

Middle School GT

6th-8th grade
$25 per person per GT session

High School GT

9th-12th
$25 per person per GT session

Skills Camps

Skills Camps provide targeted instruction on specific skill sets and positions—such as ball handling, shooting, guard play, and post work—to strengthen core fundamentals of the game. Each camp is delivered in focused 45‑minute group sessions designed to build proficiency and confidence in these areas.
